The event is a celebration of the many cultures and countries of Asia, including live performances, Asian cuisine, arts and crafts, workshops, and even demonstrations of the martial arts.  Stage performances will include music and dance from Indonesia, Polynesia, Thailand, Korea, and Vietnam.  Food will be presented by local restaurants, representing the cuisines of China, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, Polynesia, and Vietnam.  The Cultural Marketplace is the place to go to learn about various Asian countries and to discover the arts and crafts of each country.  If anything piques your interest, many of the arts and crafts are available for purchase.

There will also be an activity area for children, with hands-on activities such as origami, flag making, and more.  They will also have their own martial arts demonstrations designed to entertain and educate them.  Plan now for the 17th Annual Savannah Asian Festival, it’s sure to be an unforgettable event you won’t want to miss
