700 Cooking School Provides Savannah Residents and Visitors with Fun and Skills

With so many great things to see and do in Savannah, who would think that one of most highly recommended activities for a day in Savannah on Tripadvisor.com would include COOKING SCHOOL?!?  Not just any cooking class, however – visitors and residents alike proclaim that no experience in Savannah is complete without a course or two from the 700 Kitchen Cooking School located within the Mansion on Forsyth Park.

The 700 Kitchen Cooking School offers classes that allow individuals and groups an amazing opportunity to experience new cooking techniques and the flavors of new cuisines during classes that are about three hours in length.  Classes are interactive and hands-on so that participants can master new culinary skills quickly in a state-of-the-art facility.

While there, participants will get to sample ethnic and regional fare, and learn tips to help with entertaining their next gathering or party.  Recipes are usually provided, so that all class attendees can re-create their showcase dishes at home for all to enjoy.  No cooking experience is necessary  – there is something for everyone at any ability level!  Private groups are also welcome.  Reservations are required, so contact the school to snag a spot in advance.
